If you provide AI art as commission reference, I will be charging extra to change the design to something different but with the same characteristics and features you want.
After the invoice has been sent, the payment must be made within 2 business days. The commission will be canceled if the payment is not received by the date.
Payments up to $500 must be made in full and upfront we have available payment plans via Kofi or Paypal invoice, with extra tax charges.
Total price will include fees.
Different Artists / Riggers have their own preferred payment methods. CHECK with them before commissioning
Number of Revisions:
No modifications will be made after the artwork has been completed and confirmed.
Illustration:
Sketches have unlimited revisions, line drawings can be slightly revised up to 3 times (may not need revisions), coloring can be slightly modified up to 3 times.If our revisions didn't satisfy you that won't reduce your revision count.
If you exceed the revision limit additional revision fees will be charged. If there are changes to the design midway extra revision fees may be charged according to the situation.One request to make all changes at once counts as one revision. If the artist hasn’t made the desired changes well enough and requires additional revisions, it will not count towards the revision count.
For Example:
Client: “I want to change the hair to pink! Also, the eyes need to be blue.”
Client: “This blue is not light enough, can it be lighter?”
The above two cases are both counted as consuming one revision.
If the Client proposes a new modification after the artist has made changes, then the new modification will be counted as a separate revision.
For Example:
Client: “I want to change the eyes to blue.”
Client: “The eyes are fine now, can the hair be changed to pink?”
Client: “The hair is okay now, can the thigh be bigger?”
The above conversation counts as three revisions in total.

Before starting a project, we need to make sure we are on the same page so there aren't misunderstandings and to protect against fraud, so please take some time to read through these terms! Thank you.This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Artist and the Client for the commission of an artwork ("Work"). By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the following terms:ENGAGEMENTClient provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins.
Client grants to the Artist non-exclusive rights to observe and replicate Client’s own character design, reference material and other intellectual property for the use of the Work.
Client warrants that the character design, reference material and other intellectual property provided to the Artist are legally obtained and authorised for use by the Client.
Client warrants that they have the authority to enter this agreement, be the point of contact and is solely responsible for decisions and approval during the process.
Artist strives to perform to the best of their ability in good faith and warrants Work is 100% original according to Artist’s best knowledge.
Artist may use commercially licensed, copyright-free and/or educational materials, assets and/or tools.
Artist warrants that they will not copy or heavily reference unauthorised materials.
Artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.
Artist defines scope of work, features, price, deliverables and other details for the project in a proposal in a format according to Artist discretion which may include private message through Discord or Twitter, VGen platform, Google document, or email. The details set forth by the Artist shall be agreed upon by the Client before work begins.CONTENT RESTRICTIONSArtist will not create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate otherwise stated.
Specific restrictions include but are not limited to furries, mechs, explicit adult content, underage characters, excessive muscles, gore, copied styles, and gender identities or cultures the Artist may not be able to portray authentically.TIMELINE AND PROCESSWork completion requires 1-2 weeks, and may take up to 24 months depending on each project.
Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.
Client should plan launches and streams accordingly.
Artist provides progress updates and seeks Client feedback voluntarily.
Final deliverables are provided by the Artist using the VGen platform, email, Google Drive or similar file transfer tools, in PNG, PSD formats as applicable. Any files hosted by the Artist will be available for the Client to download for 3 months.
If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, the Artist will inform the Client.
Clients have the right to request refunds 3 days after deadlines according to 8.c. if Work has not been delivered and there was no agreed upon amendment to the timeline.REVISIONSOne revision is allowed per item shown to the Client during the process.
(i.e. After line art, only minor revisions are allowed.)
Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.
Revisions may affect progress and timeline.
Clients may not edit the work after final delivery unless specified in the commission information, project outlines or otherwise approved by the Artist.COMMUNICATIONThe total amount of time for this product delivery should not exceed 20 months once the work is started.
In case the customer directly requests for an update post-payment, the response time from the service provider should not exceed 3 working days.
Based on the agreement, the following stages are necessary to communicate:-Sketch phase (unlimited revisions)
-Changes to sketch or design (unlimited revisions)
-Base coloring (3 revisions)
-Line art after Coloring (3 Revisions)
-Changes to the coloring after line art (2 revisions)
-Final Product (no revisions)Communication is required before posting any WIPs to the public. Some products may be considered private and may not be shared publicly.
Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more.
Communication channels may include Twitter DM, Discord according to Artist discretion.
Artist response time may vary, up to 1-6 weeks in order to provide better or more concrete updates.
The Artist and Client agree to discuss relevant matters concerning the project. Both parties have the right to decline other topics of discussion.
Artist provides progress updates and seeks Client feedback voluntarily. If the client feels that the commission is taking longer than expected, they may request updates.
Artist retains the right to mark a commission as completed if the client does not respond in 2 months.RIGHTS & USAGEArtist RightsThe Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch), and more.
The Artist may use rejected work in progress and versions for other projects according to their discretion, under the condition that it does not infringe the Client's intellectual property rights and ownership of their likeness, character design, branding, identity design, or any such trademarks.
(Optional) The Artist retains the non-exclusive rights to sell merchandise and prints of their Work unless exclusive commercial rights are purchased by the Client.Client RightsClients receive non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use. Refer to Section 6.c. for commercial rights.
Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels.
Client must not claim Work as their own and must credit Artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels, and so on.Commercial RightsClients must ask for permission before reselling a commissioned model.
Clients may not resell a commissioned model for more than what they originally paid unless additional assets or modifications have been made.
Artist is not responsible for any bad behavior or actions of the client's, and all responsibility falls on the Client.
Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing on the Artist’s websites.
Usage of Work for AI tools, ML training, NFT, blockchain, or other for-profit platforms/purposes is strictly prohibited.
Additional charges will be required for commercial usage if not included, typically 2x-3x of the original cost.PAYMENTS & FEESClient pays in Full or pays a 50%-80% down payment for higher-value projects.
Invoices must be paid within the timeframe agreed upon, or the project may be canceled.
Prices are in USD and paid via VGen, Stripe, or methods provided by the Artist.
Clients agree they will not issue chargebacks, and the refund policy will be followed.CANCELLATION & REFUNDSAll payments are final and non-refundable unless the Artist cancels the commission.
No refunds will be issued if the Client cancels before work begins.
By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to these terms and waives the right to dispute payments or demand refunds.CONFIDENTIALITYAll private information shared between the Artist and Client will remain confidential.ACCEPTANCEClients must be 18+ or have a legal guardian to agree to these terms.
Agreement date is upon first inquiry/communication or first transaction.
General Adoptables Rules
My artworks and designs are strictly prohibited from being used for NFTs or AI-related activities.
All payments must be made in USD via PayPal/Kofi
For personal usage, you can unlock commercial use for additional fee.
Purchasing a design grants you licensing rights to the design.
Designs obtained through monetary purchase may be resold. However, designs acquired through trades or gifts are not eligible for resale.
Resale prices must not exceed the original purchase price unless additional commissioned artwork is included, which may increase the design's value.
Refunds are not provided, whether from me or guest artists.
I can hold a design for up to 48 hours; extensions are available upon discussion.
Character ownership and character files will only be transferred after full payment has been received.
I am not liable for fraudulent activities or chargebacks initiated by third parties.
Violating these terms will result in being blocked and publicly listed on my blacklist.
I reserve the right to revoke ownership of my artwork or designs if my Terms of Service are violated.
Artist Rules
I retain the copyright and intellectual property rights to all my designs and artwork.
I reserve the right to share my work, as well as that of guest artists, on public social media platforms.
A 20% fee will apply if you request the removal of artwork from being published on public social media platforms.
I may use official artwork or designs for my website, portfolio, merchandise, prints, artbooks, and similar purposes.
I reserve the right to ban or redistribute ownership of a design and revoke rights to my designs if the Terms of Service are violated. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, scamming, theft, filing refunds/chargebacks, or failure to pay.
Edits to my original work are only permitted by the owner of the design/art piece. Any edits must be clearly noted that an edit has been made.
Adoptable Payment Plan
Payment plans are accepted for designs valued at $200 USD and above.
A minimum of 25% upfront is required.
Design valued under $500 must be paid within 2 months.
Design valued over $500 must be paid within 3 months.
No refund will be given to any failure to fulfill the payment plan.
Full character ownership and the transfer of unwatermarked files will not be given until the full payment is completed.
Each user is limited to one payment plan at one time.

Commercial use refers to using the reproduction of designs for a profit. This may include but is not limited to artbooks, events, prints, animations, video streams and videos productions.
The commercial fee is a separate fee calculated from the design cost otherwise stated. Commercial for Merch Rights is 3x the fee.
